Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mockify.study(“the Site”) or any services provided by Mockify (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

Mockify is built and operated by Keane Audric Ponimin, Singapore. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mockify.

2. Description of Service

Mockify is an AI-powered mock exam generation platform that allows students to upload study materials (PDFs, recordings, slides, etc.) and receive personalised practice exams with automated grading and feedback. The platform is currently in early access / waitlist stage and features may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Mockify. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mockify only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:

  • Upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service to generate content intended to facilitate academic dishonesty or cheating.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or any code designed to harm the platform or other users.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of any materials you upload to Mockify (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your materials solely for the purpose of generating your mock exam and providing the service to you.

We do not use your User Content to train AI models, and we do not share your materials with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. AI inference providers under confidentiality obligations).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and functionality of Mockify — including but not limited to the logo, interface design, and AI-generated exam content — are owned by Mockify and its operator, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mockify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
  • AI-generated exam questions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular academic purpose.
  • Results from using Mockify will guarantee improved academic performance.

You use the service at your own risk. Mockify is a study aid and should not be relied upon as the sole method of exam preparation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mockify and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or academic outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD 50, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mockify at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
